REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR COPs 3, 6, 7 & 27

COP 3: REPORTING
ISSUES

We conduct a Human Rights DueDiligence of our Activities and also of our Supply Chain using the RJC Templates. We have not identified any material issues or Red Flags in our Supply Chain. We will annually conduct a due diligence of our supply chain to ensure a Responsible Supply Chain. Through our due diligence activities OM USA LLC have identified the following SDGs as relevant to our business. No Powerty, Zero Humger, Good Health & Well Being, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Gendre Equality. These are relevant to our Business.

We have implemented these SDGs through the following methods. We have designed our system to support these SDG.

COP 6 & 7HUMAN RIGHTS & DUE DILIGENCE

COMPANY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

We have established our Corporate and Supply Chain Policies. They are also available on our website. We conduct a Supply chain mapping and due diligence. We do not buy from CAHRAs..

To support supply chain due diligence, we have implemented the following internal measures. We map the Supply Chain, Conduct a Due Diligence of our Suppliers, We take a Commitment from Suppliers aboutbtheir Supply Chain being Responsible.

For Customers who need an Origin, we have a system of Traceability Audits.

We engage with our suppliers at every order and visit them once a year. During the visit we ensure that they have a system for verifying their supplies. We also communicate our expectations to out suppliers.

Any grievances / concers can be raised with the above mentioned officer of our company.

IDENTIFIED & ASSESSED RISKS

We assess our own and supplier’s due diligence practices and those relating to human rights by condiucting a Risk Assessment using RJC Template. No major risks were identified in the supply chain and all the other risks are adequately controlled.

STRATEGY

Our risk assessment findings are received by the management and acted upon.

Currently there are no open risks. All identified risks are adequately controlled.

We communicate to our stakeholders regarding our due diligence activities and efforts to prevent human rights risks. This communication is in the form of web reporting.

No grievances have been received.

COP 27: NATURAL RESOURCES

BUSINESS PRACTICES & MATERIAL ISSUES

We are a trading Company and the Water and Energy usage is overheads. We try to conserve Water and Electricity in our Trading Operations. The water usage is Domestic and minimal.
